Live Plant / Fragile Goods Disclaimer

This draft disclaimer explains the practical limits of buying, shipping, and caring for living plants and fragile ecosystem goods. It is not final legal wording.

What customers should expect

Living variation

Plants naturally vary in size, color, leaf pattern, growth direction, and density.

Transit stress

Packing, temperature, humidity, delay, and handling can temporarily or permanently affect condition.

Fragile materials

Glass, hardscape, moss layouts, and finished ecosystems may require special handling.

Natural appearance variation

Product images and 3D Studio views are references. They cannot guarantee the exact size, leaf count, tone, pattern, or arrangement of a live plant.

Seasonal growth, sourcing, trimming, acclimation, and availability may change what can be supplied.

Health and acclimation

  • Live plants may need time to acclimate after packing, transit, or placement in a new environment.
  • Some yellowing, melt, leaf loss, or moisture change can occur depending on the species.
  • Closed terrariums, paludariums, aquascapes, and xeric displays each have different stability needs.

Shipping and handling risk

Shipping conditions may affect living goods. Weather, carrier delay, box orientation, and delivery attempts can change outcomes.

The final policy should define when shipping may be paused, upgraded, replaced with local delivery, or refused for plant safety.

Fragile goods

Glass vessels, hardscape, custom layouts, and assembled ecosystems may be fragile. Future shipping or pickup terms should explain handling, inspection, and claims.

Current ordering boundary

Real purchases, payments, orders, shipping, and plant dispatch are not currently active.

This disclaimer outlines terms for a future online-sales service.
